I recently started doing this once or twice a week on my ETK variety days.

I think some people call these manmakers.

Take 2 light bells (16kg for me), clean them, backswing 'em, then drop into pushup position with hands on bell handles, perform a pushup, get up and clean 'em again, keep going. Do this :30 work, :30 rest. A gymboss timer is essential. On your work period, try and hit 5 full repetitions (one full rep would be 1 clean and 1 pushup). Do this for 10 minutes.

The intensity should be medium so adjust the weight, rest, and reps to suit your fitness level.

It always gives me a really great tonic effect. If you're feeling sluggish mid-day, it's an effective way to wake your body and mind up.
