then he suggests double swings and farmers. so on a medium day is it 123 MPs followed by each press of one weighted PU?
then when this is done do 80 double SW, then 320 m farmers

im mostly confused about the second combo in terms of '8 repeats'
after rereading this in ROTK but im a bit confused about it.
