    Default Potential Injury? Help!

    Whenever I perform any heavy lifts, metal bending, or certain bodyweight exercise (flagpoles, dragonflags, tuck planches, even hanging leg raises) my shoulder has a dull pain that runs all the way down to the inside of my elbow, but the pain is never immediate it's always the next day. Any suggestions as to what this could be or what it could be from?
