Snatched the bulldog today for first time
Today was training some KB work and this was a light / medium day.
First did TGU with 24 and 28 kg sets of 2 each side.
After that double snatches with 16 kg KB's 4 sets of 10 reps.
The last exercise was single handed snatches with 28 kg KB. 4 sets 10 reps each side.
After this was done I felt the urge to try the Bulldog for a snatch.
The right side went up very easy so I tried left but failed.
Right after my failure on the left I tried the right side again and made 2 snatches with the Bulldog again.
Last years I improved very much on KB's and little on the three powerlifts allthough I practice them both about the same and all year round what could be the reason for this?
