This is just the tip, Ms. Tom. Merely the tip.
Thank you, Lord Jesus, for Z-Health; the RKC; the great outdoors of Arizona, and the few friends I have!
Lord come quickly.

i'm not keen on the posture positioning on the bikes, but the recumbents are ok.
there are more road - bikey versions of these sort of things, and they are way way cool.

Hello, mc:
If you actually decide to take a recumbent out on the road, make sure you fly a nice, tall pennant (preferably Air Sea Rescue Orange) atop your rear fender. A buddy of mine---a paraplegic triathlete---got wasted on Ali`i Drive in Kailua-Kona by a nice woman, who just did not see him turning into her(?) lane. (No pennant installed)
Regards,
Peter.

Throw in a few monsters and a chain-saw and this could make for a very fun workout...

I have used them....Not bad, if you are into those things. You have to change gears and all that. The one problem that I had was that my butt fell asleep on those seats.
I used them at Family Fitness in NPR and they have them in the Powerhouse in Channelside.
