I love this post, it's going to explode.
- How about the guy who puts 95 pounds and the bench press, moves the weight slowly and then say's " I'm feeling the burn"
- The guys who curl more than they squat
- The people who do plyometric box jumps on a 6 inch box and actually think they are increasing their hops
- The people who run up to the front desk attendant and complain that theres no wipes for the epuiptment when there is clearlly no signs of sweat on the equiptment
- The young guys who walk in the gym with their " Tapout" shits on and their mohawks and end up lifting less weight than the 90 year old rehab patient
- The people who wear ankle weight while they squat( Oh yes, I've seen it, and I thought to myself, WTF)
- The dudes who do nothing but pulldowns for the back and then wonder why they can't do pullups.
