Considering that I believe tattoos should always represent your passions, I think it's totally appropriate .

It seems tempting, but I wouldn't want one too big and garish, and a tiny tattoo of a kettlebell might look like a mole of some kind...

It's a bad picture and taken at a bad angle which makes it look a little distorted. It still needs touched up, too. It takes up my entire right pec, so I may possibly be dumber than you.

PS-Also to add to the effect of it being "Old School", I let my buddy tattoo it on me who is far from being a professional.

I think its fantastic. As a previous poster mentioned tattoo's are a very personal thing that will be with you forever (unless of course you have it removed), and therefore should represent something you are passionate about.
