I did get ups today; 5 each side. In addition, I did a few sets of swings for 5 reps. Its a great, new challenge; I'm looking forward to PM and the ROP. I finally know what those represent.

How many halos and wall squats should I do? So many ?, so little time. I know, I know; experiment. I'm just anxious.
