Default ? on Qigong

I have been doing Super Joints in the morning for several years now. I am interested in learning more about Qigong and am looking for a program that would be the best choice to do in the evenings to help me unwind and release inner healing energy after a long day. I am considering Mr. DuCane's Bliss Qigong. Is this the best choice of the programs for my needs?

I've had great results from true strength yang but its not really an unwind program.

While books, Videos are good. Propper instruction is best. Sitting and forgetting works to. Relax, Breathe, Feel the earth and do nothing extra. Attend to how you feel inside. In motion there is stillness and in stillness there is motion.
There are specific forms to do what is required.
Be well.

It may be good advice, but it doesn't answer the question. Obviously finding a qualified teacher is the best option for everything, but it's not always available to people. This is like when someone asks a question about martial arts and people reply by saying "don't get in a fight". Drives me nuts.

To the OP, Qigong recharge is a great dvd to start with. Also, John DuCane's Bliss and Serenity programs are great. Any or all of those will do what you are looking for.
