Default Hitting a plateau, climbiing ladders

I have been climbing ladders with the C&P for about 6 months. I have had steady progress but I seem to be hitting a plateau. Any tips on breaking through??

I hope you didn't think you were going to get any helpful feedback with this non-descipt question.

What weight and ladder structure are you using?

If we all went up a bell every month, we would all be pressing the beast.

Take a break and switch to something else for 4 - 8 weeks and go back to it or even take a 2 - 4 week break completely.
