    For the presses, I was using 2-24kg's, for 2x5, and the same for the deadlifts. I used doubles primarily to save time. Each lift is not supposed to drain you. The idea is to do a little of each one, with a moderate weight, and when all of the lifts are completed, you should feel like you did a moderate workout, but not drained, or wiped out. The point is, a little everyday.
    He suggested 2x5 as the starting point, and increase that, as it becomes easy.
