    Default Battle Plan

Ok, I have a 35lb. kb, the viking conditioning book, and was going to purchase the Convict Conditioning book. Is that all I need to build a solid base of muscular strength and cardio?

How much pure cardio do we actually need?

We don't need any pure cardio any more. But that doesn't stop me.
Also, great battle plan if you have what it takes to stick do it. I don't know if you could have picked more difficult programs. But i like that, so good luck.

Yes! CC will give you the muscles and strength you want, VWC will burn your bodyfat away
and give you some serious cardio - Go for it!.

If you are training for that, then Z-Health S-Phase DVD to learn jump landing training, sprint mechanics, etc + Coach Sommer's Building the Gymnastic Body to train difficult bodyweight strength movements.

Add in Ido Portal's Capoeria Floreio videos and tutorials and you'll be solid.

You can add in VWC program, although you do quite a bit of running as a traceur. Better to work on the skill development areas, more so than the conditioning to avoid injuries and so forth and so on.
