Default Question on cold water body tempering

So I'm doing all this cold water tempering during the winter monthes to
keep worm, and it has helped a great deal(I live in Canada, and this
winter the temps. on average has been -20/ -28 celcious) and all I have worn for most of the winter is a lond sleeved shirt and a hoody. My quetion
is, what will happen come summer, will I be prone to overheating, or will I
just ajust as the weather worms up.

    Dont worry bro,
You will adjust. The human body is a very adaptable thingThe tempering is something that I feel is temporary and works as long as you keep it up. If you stop it you will just go back to normal

Just living where I do can be considered as body tempering when you have to go do anything outside in the wind. Every time I workout in the spring I feel really hot and miserable, but by summer I don't get as hot and sweaty.

I would suggest you bring your tempering questions to the"Russian Health"forum at russianmartialart.org. I have limited experience with tempering or dousing as its also called, but many Systema students do it daily.(dousing, that is).
One of its major effects according to Vladimir is illness prevention due to the creation of a brief "mini-fever" that incinerates viruses and germs.
