    hi
the video is a little crappy, cant edit on my mac at this moment.this is just an intro to videos to come.
could be nice(iforwms?) to have a site for CC only, maybe on youtube.
all for now, feel free to comment

Now that did my heart good to see a real man's gym! I feel stronger just watching that video. Good work comrade, that's how a man practices!

    Kim,

Looks like you live in a very nice place. Your gym is the kind i would love to have if i lived in the country. I particularly liked the home made kettlebell and sled. You seem to be working nicely through the CC progressions.

No frills there, just sweat. Very motivating.

When I was in my teens I was definitely one of the chrome gym pump and pose brigade. But I've moved WELL beyond that now.

If there are any "pump and pose" guys here, watch the above clips.

    That is a MAN's gym. And a MAN's training.

The pull ups look light as hell--like you were only pulling a bag of flour. Great strength Kim! (All those horizontal rows are paying off!)

That is a sweet setup you have there. I like the idea of using part of a wheelbarrow as a sled. I might have to make me one of those
