Bare with me as I am terribly inconcise, but I'll do my best.

It seems like you're squatting flat instead of sitting back. It's easier to hit depth when you sit back on the way down and try to move your hips back under the bar on the way up.

Have you been squatting long? It looks like you just need more time under the bar.
    No excuses, all honesty.

    Default squat

The above is correct. You are using two much weight. Learn the form first then ad the weight.

hi. first of all we need a better view from the front.it seems that your knees are buckling in,and thats not good. dont look down on the decent, keep your eyes fixed on a spot in front of you all the time. for a couple of weeks, squat with 3/4 of the weight and more sets, maybe 6-10. 3 times a week. Com Dont Stop.
i cant dissect your form there is plenty of more qualified to do that here.
Do you do face the wall squats ?? If not start doing them, they teach you the tight arch etc also get the empty bar and start teaching yourself overhead squats. if you learn how to do a perfect overhead squat , then backsquats front squats will be a piece of cake.
Squatting style depends on leg torso length and bar postioning so everyones squat will be different depending on these things.

also go to squatrx you tube site he has tons of good instructionals .
