    Default cc just started

can i ask why i cant just go ahead and start working on the master step of the squats on CC?

i acn do up to 15 quite easily last time I checked..
I understand that the progressions are different but since the goal is the one-leg squat, why not go ahead?

thank you, I haven't kept up to date on this all so any answer is news to me!

If you can do 15 already i would suggest you know the answer to your own question. If i were in your situation (which i am not), i would have a go at each of the steps, to evaluate if there was a weakness somewhere that i could fix. It would be more for interest and then i would bang on at the master numbers. Chiggers

I'm finding that just because I can do the master steps in many of the exercises, I still can't hit the "progression standard" of even the first steps of a few of them. Sometimes the best way to building a stronger wall is to tear it down and build it back up brick for brick.
