    Default Rope Substitute

My gym won't get a rope. I've been doing a combo of Coach Davies workouts, Pavel stuff and crossfit. Add in 4 Tabata runs and 1 very long run, a session of pilates, tai chi, astanga yoga, and kickboxing, bridges and there you have my recipe. What are some good substitutes for climbing a rope.
