    Work on your weaknesses, not on your strengths! The shoulder stand squats were a weak link for me, and I was shocked that although I can do 200 ass to the grass body weight squats I was humbled by the beginner movements! However, after a month and a half, they were easy, and helped with flexibility, breathing and learning how to use muscles correctly!
