    Default Squat with PTTP?

    Comrades,
I have been training for about half a year, and stumbled upon Power to the People! about a month ago. I was hooked, and began following the program immediately. I have got some very good strength gains in both Bench Press and Deadlift, but I would like to ask if it is possible to add squat to the program, as I am also interested in my total. I was thinking about adding a set of squat instead of the second set of deadlift, since I have read on these forums that Pavel advised this approach for the Spider Squat. A little info about myself (not sure if it is helpful, but just in case):
    Height: 181 cm (5'9)
    Weight: 83 kg (182 lbs)
    Fat-%: approx. 17
    Deadlift 5RM: 130 kg (285 lbs)
    Bench press 5RM: 75 kg (165 lbs)
    Thank you in advance!

I asked this question on the forum a while back, and Pavel advised that if you add the squat to the program, you should back off to four days a week. Bench press every session, and alternate between squats and deadlifts. He advised not to squat and deadlift on the same day.

Would the sets still be the same? I would think that it removes the purpose of the program of low volume/high frequency?

Still would be 2 sets of 5 second at 90% of the first.
