Smile CC/Exercise selection. Thoughts please all!

    Hey, all! Hope everyone's good.

I was chatting with a buddy of mine about the "Big Six" exercises of Convict Conditioning. He's an ex-Marine and bodybuilder, and he was impressed by the choice of exercises I'm doing via CC. He thinks the program hits every muscle in the body, and is well balanced. Always great to hear!

This got us onto talking about exercise selection, and I'd like to know everybody here's answers to this question:

IF YOU COULD ONLY TRAIN IN SIX TECHNIQUES/MOVES/LIFTS FOR THE REST OF YOUR CAREER, WHAT WOULD THEY BE???

You have to train in SIX exercises (no more, no less). But you can't do anything else in the gym. I only go for bodyweight, but of course you can include barbell lifts, kettlebell lifts, oly lifts--whatever you like!

I'm really interested to see what everyone on here will say!

    So what are YOUR six...?

Off the cuff without lots of thought:

    Planche-to-Handstand presses
    Front lever pullups
Back limbers (back bridge, to handstand, to front bridge, to standing)
    Sandbag deadlifts
    Weighted squats (sandbag or barbell)
    Muscleups

    I'll pick 2 endurance ones.
    Good ol' Push-ups of course
    And the Sit-up.

Two explosive ones. The muscle-up and Jumping Pistols.

And finish off with some heavy tension. The Planche Push-ups on bars and Front Lever Pull-ups.

All muscles are hit, in every strength possibility. If I had to choose 6 exercises for my life, those ones by far.

    Deadlift- Because it is king
Turkish Get-Up- Because it makes getting up off the floor easy and really helps with your general comfort. + pressing strength and stabilizing that stength with the body
    Kettlebell snatch- Conditioning, Power
    Pull Up- Obvious reasons
    Pistol- Legs
    leg raise- abs
