    Question PTTP and kettlebells

How coud I incoroprate the two? I am concerned with overtraining the shoulders and want to continue to deadlift and bench but also like the cardio effect of snatches/swings/presses etc. Could I split two days PTTP and two days kettlebell without completely overtraining?

Based on some older psots here...I'm currently alternating the two programs in two week blocks. Two weeks ETK (RoP) and then two weeks PttP. I also do about 10 minutes of swings, snatches or bag work as a finisher after my PttP sessions.

    Peace,
    Erik

You could also incorporate the deadlift portion of PTTP on variety days while using the ROP program in Enter the Kettlebell.

Great feedback. I think I will try the 2 week alt program but will also use the swings daily for 1-2 minutes. Thanks Salt
