    Default Shoulder Stretching

I'm looking for some more ways to increase shoulder flexibility. So far I use the halo, the down-dog yoga position, the egyptian, and a couple of other yoga poses. I hang from a pull up bar for spine decompression, and I can imagine it helps the shoulders too but I am not sure.

I found this video of Igor Morosov showing his shoulder stretches:
    YouTube - Igor Morozov Stretching

That's pretty much what I'm aiming for as a goal. He does one stretch where he pulls his arms from left to right over his head. I've tried it but it didn't feel totally right so I stopped as to not aggravate anything.

    Any suggestions? Thanks comrades...

Get Steve Maxwell's Encyclopedia of Joint Mobility on DVD. It is an invaluable resources for increasing ROM and the strength to support the new ROM for all parts of the body.

I like shoulder dislocates myself. Those along with arm bars have served me well.
