Default Russian speaking comrades, what does that mean: Жим под углом and Жим с груди ?

    Hello, comrades!

May I ask the Russian speaking comrades what does this mean: Жим под углом and Жим с груди ? I understood these are some kind of exercises, but I cannot figure out what ? I have taken these from Dr. Lyuber's book, but cannot figure it out with any online translator...

Thank you for taking your time to read this!

google translator said serbian and croatian translated to
"zim zim at an angle and with breast"

    the russian translation gave me
"we assume an angle with the chest and leg press"

    I hope that helps

    Have a great day!
