    Question Big breasted women

My wife has a DD cup size; I'm wondering if the DragonDoor community has some advice for removing back pain as a possibility as she ages. I've been doing some internet searches and they all say, "talk to a personal trainer." What would a personal trainer say?

Which muscles exactly are the ones that have to be built up? What are the best kettlebell complexes for them?

My guess is that swings would help. Focus on building the muscles of the midsection/back, both of which swings do very well.

swings, deadlifts. She probably has postural issues, which strengthening the back will help. My girlfriend is similarly endowed and barbell deads helped a lot

Perhaps high pulls, single or doubles. Works a lot of the lat/upper back area, like swings but possibly an added benefit.

Often breast size will reduce dramatically with overall weight/fat loss. I would consider that before an exercise remedy unless her bodyfat percentage is already low.

    Default mobility

You haven't mentioned how trim or athletic she is. She is not alone. To the contrary, her complaint is becoming the norm in America. Do let her know that. Seriously look into sports bras a few days a week. Drop some weight if she can, get her spine mobile, and get strong in an upward direction. She'll be much more comfortable.

To the fine advice listed above, I would add Cobra stretches, brettzels, and the pump stretch. Pump stretches and double presses with light bells would train her "upward" and would expose any shoulder girdle asymmetries. Even hanging from a pullup bar would help; she's likely compressed all day.

Any 2 or 3 of those would only take 5min. If she can do them throughout her day, she'll feel like she's getting control of this part of her life again. The pump stretch adds a small strength element, and it can be done anywhere she can close the door for a minute.

[SIZE=2] My thread "Guest User? Really" prompted some 6 pages of discussion on why Pavel's user account had been changed to "Guest User" status. John Du Cane answered in a forthright manner, and I thanked him for his professionalism in this very forum.

That entire thread was removed from the forum on or around August 26. I've been an HKC and an active, outspoken member in good standing for some 3yrs now, but I don't support this sort of censorship. Look for me on the public web.

    Default Thanks for your responses!

Why would a thread called 'Big breasted women' be spam?

No, she's not fat, and they're not fake. I tried to put that in the original post, but I found it hard to phrase.

High pulls are an interesting idea. My own high pulls kind of suck, but I could see why they'd be helpful. Can we reach a consensus on Dr. Cheng's Four Play?

IonFreeman, back in the day before spam filters lots of people would get emails titled "Big Breasted Women," etc. There were spammers who were trying to peddle porn along with "free offers," "make easy money at home with your computer," etc. Mr. Green was just kidding around I'm sure.
