    Default 4hb,what are you using?

THIS IS NOT A 4HB BASHING THREAD!

    Now that that's cleared up
I'm curious to know, what elements people are using from the new Tim Ferris book?
Personally,i'm using a little of the sleep"engineering",a few dietary tweaks to get from 10-12%bf down to 5-7%,And tweeking rep ranges and cardio.
Gonna give the breath holding a go too.
Oh and "experimenting" with some basic supps too.

Slow carb and cold showers, just started this week, so too early to tell anything.

I went on his diet... I think it's in the book, otherwise it was on his website. Has worked very well actually.

Trying out a few things now:

    - Keeping track of my Total Inches - TI to monitor body composition changes (various body measurements: waist, hips, upper arms, upper thighs)
    - Messing around with Egoscue method for low back, neck, upper back pain
    - Kelly Starrett mobility and stretches
    - Learned about this first from Brett Jones/ Gray Cook, but recommitted to Contra Lateral DL's to work on some significant imbalances I've got as suggested in Tim's book
    - And trying to talk my wife into experimenting with me with Slow Carb breakfasts at least a couple times per week

At this point, I'd say that all these things are at least interesting, if not effective. Can't say I've make groundbreaking progress yet.
