    Default Fatigue Cycle Results

I have been following the Fatigue Cycle from Beyond Bodybuilding for the last 12 weeks or so.
So I thought I would post my results so far for anyone interested...

Ive gone from about 77kg to 81kg staying at 10% body fat...I have been eating a lot of food.
I also do some kettlebell classes on tues/thurs mornings but they tend to be pretty light and I can handle the volume.

My plan is to keep following the program for another few weeks then jump back into RoP and aim at pressing the 40kg =D.

So yeah, just my results in case anyone was considering doing it.

    Congratulations, comrade Joe!

Keeping Fatigue Cycling for more than 6 weeks is a great achievement ! I did it once and after 6 weeks or so I started to feel beaten up really bad. Had great results with it, by the way! Strength and size (weight), while loosing some fat - an accomplishment I had previously seen as impossible for a natural lifter.

I plan to do it again, this year. Maybe adding some creatine and carnitine, so I can keep it going at maximum efficiency for more than 5 weeks...

Keep up the good work, comrade! Power to you!

    Redboar:

I started of reasonably light in the aspect of adding weight each week, I dont think I upped much weight for a few weeks because the workouts were so different to what I had been doing previously (RoP).
But lately I have been feeling, as you talked about, "beaten up" which is why I think I am on my last legs for this cycle
