Default Mixing bullet proof abs with ETK

    hello

i have already done ETK programme minimum and interested in doing it again just to concrete my foundations in kettlebells, i saw a question in the back of the ETK book, asking about mixed BPA with ETK, would the programme look like this?
mondays, wednesdays, fridays, swing days, after the swing session, and oblique-emphasis drill and a ab-focus drill? and the get up days, just as normal, or could i add a different ab/oblique drill into the programme with get-ups aswell?

    thanks

i believe there have been concrete recommendations for this in the FAQ part of Enter the Kettlebell.

    Hope this helps.

Sounds pretty much OK, I don't see a problem. Bottom line is it all depends on your current level of GPP(meaning, will you be able to take the work load). My suggestion is ease into it and then after a while try it as you think it should look like and then, if it doesn't work then ask the question.
