Wow that's a huge amount of work. How are you recovering from so much squatting?

This is Boris. Ask how the iron's doing.

Great work, Boris! Hang in there, show it who's boss.

[SIZE=2] My thread "Guest User? Really" prompted some 6 pages of discussion on why Pavel's user account had been changed to "Guest User" status. John Du Cane answered in a forthright manner, and I thanked him for his professionalism in this very forum.

That entire thread was removed from the forum on or around August 26. I've been an HKC and an active, outspoken member in good standing for some 3yrs now, but I don't support this sort of censorship. Look for me on the public web.

To regain function of my digits I use to do resistance exercises with a heavy duty rubber band.

Thanks everybody. I will try to write something more thoughtful when I finish, but the daily squatting is going well.

There are many days that I'm not excited about training, but training everyday makes self-monitoring a lot easier. You NOTICE aches and pains, changes in technique, tension, etc. as they change from day to day. When I squat once or twice a week, I don't see these as clearly.

    I do a lot of warm-up sets (1-4,000lbs worth).

Intensity (% of 1RM) varies, but it is always low - almost every set is 10 reps or more.

Session volume has varied from 5,000-20,000lbs, but most sessions are 10-15,000lbs.

When I wonder if I should do another rep or set, I almost always call it. This is hard for me to do, because I used to think I was just being weak-willed. But, unless it's a comp or something, it's better to walk away with a little left on the table than to limp away wishing you had listened to that little voice.
