Default Mahler's kb press and the OAPU

Mike Mahler's kb press style (seen here Military press differences ) appears to begin with a motion of the upper arm (humerus) almost identical to the starting motion of the same limb in the CC OAPU, including the engagement of a short but intense motion of the pectoral combined with a very intense anterior delt contraction with the upper trap contributing as well.

The differences appear at about 45 deg. into the adduction of the upper arm, where in the Mahler kb press it adducts laterally and the medial delts and upper traps kick in heavily to move the weight, along with the triceps, as in a traditional military press. In the OAPU, however, the upper arm adducts medially, supported with a very short, powerful pectoral contraction, combined with a very strong contraction of the triceps beginning just before the forearm reaches 90 deg. to the upper arm.

I bring this up to point out that these two movements are closely related, and that working out with the Mahler-style kb press may contribute a lot to developing the CC OAPU.

    Military press differences

Instead of "/kettle...fferences.html as in the link as it came out, it is /148144-military-press-differences." with the ending period followed by "html".

I'm hoping one of these two forms of it will get through, because it didn't come out as I pasted it originally.
