    Default My Introduction

    Hey guys,

I guess I finally got the guts to join this crazy forum of strong individuals and people looking to get strong. I have been in fitness since I was 13 and have done plenty of things to know what works and what doesn't. I have a couple of Pavel's books and played around with kettlebells for the last 5-6 years doing them whenever i'm around RKC instructors Tyler & Cody Bramlett also Logan Christopher. Because of my small time using kettlebells I have been able to press the 88lber without much trouble and am close to hitting the beast in the press. I was in a KB competition back in January where I snatched a 53lber 83 times in 5 min. and never came close before or since. I'm also a up incoming writer in Physical Culture using a blog at www.powerandmight.blogspot.com.

I practice strongman stunts as well in levering sledgehammers, bending steel, ripping phonebooks (as big as 1700 pages approx.) and have bent screwdrivers as well and bending & scrolling long rebar and flat bars. I have a fond respect for those who have came before me and for those who have shed blood, sweat and tears for what they want to do. My goal is to be trainer in bodyweight fitness because it gave me a reason to be in this business after breaking both my legs in a cliff jumping accident 6 years ago. Ever since then I have vowed for life to learn as much as possible in physical culture. I have learned from some of the best in the business and i'm still in learning mode.

My biggest accomplishments were walking again after 3 surgeries in 2 months, becoming one of the heaviest guys to fall back into a bridge and kickover and back at a bodyweight of 240+. I've ran 300 Yards in just over 1:10. 6 months after walking again I achieved 1050 Hindu Squats in just under an hour. I also feel i'm one of the heaviest guys to pull/chin myself up to as much as 21 reps.

These are just some of the accomplishments but none of them compare these other guys, i'm really no better then they are i'm just here to show that i'm for real and I don't like B.Sing anyone. I'm very open about who I'am. I'm glad to be here and hope I can learn from every individual here.
