    Default My One-arm Chin-up

    Hello everyone!
A few weeks ago, I posted my first OAC with my right arm. Unfortunately, the left arm is far more annoying.

The other video was a bit bad (my back was facing the camera, so if I wanted to assist with my left, I could have).

But here it is! A video where one can clearly see the working arm doing it all, both arms, full ROM. I do start at just-below parallel, then drop, THEN pull up. This mini-negative seems to add extra bicep tension to make the rep better:

Thank you for all the help that this website has given me. Truly appreciate it!

Especially Mr. Centaur Fitness here who helped me reach a OAC as well as give me ideas on how to progress to weighted ones!
