    Default Increase those Snatch reps - Density Training

    Wanted to share a few tools I have used for myself and clients on preparing or staying prepared for the Snatch Test. Charles Staley EDT works magic for getting solid work done in a short amout of time.

    great article Kevin! I like combining Goblet Squats antagonistically with heavy snatches for EDT. Your conditioning and legs are on fire when you are finished!
