    Default rotk progress 72 kg for a triple

    Small potatoes for most here, but thought I would post for the newer folks. Two 36 bells was my single rep max. After about twelve weeks of rotk I did three reps after five laddders of two rungs

    Nice work.

    Can I ask;

    What size bells are you using on your heavy days? and how close in 72kg to your bodyweight?

    Cheers,

    This is the heaviest pair I have, so that's what I use for heavy doubles. I do have one 44k bell that I use for heavy single work (can't strict press it yet).

    I weigh 78kg right now, so still six kilos from bodyweight.

    Oh, I should also add that the mobility drills in ROTK are excellent for peeps like me with desk-jockey syndrome. The first time I pressed two 36 bells, you can see I can't bring them together. Now, the bells click together at the top with ease.

    Great program!

    Not long before you are pressing 40's

    So you use double 36's for ladders? do you snatch them before you press? or do you snatch and press lighter bells for ladders?

    I ask because I have just started ROTK again.

    Cheers,
