    Cool Great fun with kettlebells!

    When I got my pair of 36kg kettlebells, I did 4 reps in the press. Three days later, I did 8 reps (no jerk, 3s negative)! Now I constantly do ladders, up to 8 reps and back, and I am contemplating a kettlebell only hypertrophy program for my next 6 weeks cycle...

    I am really curious how my brute strength (1RM) will evolve after such a cycle

    Kettlebells are cool!

    I had only one opportunity to play with a kettlebell in the past (a 34kg rusted one, very old, it looked like it had been dropped from the airplane several times), about one year ago, and I did snatches. Literally, I am learning the moves right now (double kettlebell cleans gave me the most trouble).
