    Default PM Question

    Hi all,

The PM is obvioulsy a good starting point but how should it be structured exactly???

It states that you should aim for 12 mins alternate swings and working rest but how should this be broken down?
1 min on, 1 min off
30 secs on, 30 secs off
40 secs on, 20 secs off???

I assume this changes with improvement but how should it be structured before a move to ROP?

    I believe it's deliberately unstructured.

Swing to a comfortable stop...before loosing your form. The program is unstructured for a reason. This leaves you the option to set your own reps and rest. Mix up the weight, reps, total time, rest ect. You do it need to swing at 100% every time to get results. The time of 12 minutes mentioned in the book is simply a guidline.

We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, therefore,is not an act but a habit.

qlinkq, I too wanted a little more clarification to PM. Luckily I found RKC Anthony DiLuglio's companion workbook to ETK.

That's how I run my PM. Quite effective, and also, a "Do this..!" approach. Which is good for me.

This has been done ad nauseum. My incessant questioning re: PM finally caused the Chief sufficient dyspepsia that he came down from the mountain himself to settle it.

I'd like to think my initial query was prescient enough to read on its own, so you can scroll back to the top of the post if you wish.
