    Default Rafter Pullup PR

I got an unexpected PR today on the rafters. I did a palms away pinch grip pullup on a single rafter with my bodyweight plus 80 pounds. I figure that I will only need to add another 65 pounds to this before I can do a legitimate one arm pinch grip chin.

That's insane Brad! Never heard of that much over bodyweight being done on the rafter pullup in that style.

You should consider competing in some grip contests.

He would do very well, regardless of his low bodyweight. I've invited him to several in Kansas but we've never managed to hook up. He's busy and I'm busy though so that doesn't equate with a leisurely meet up. Or at least makes it a lot harder to arrange.
