    Something like 35 kg, but the chinup was very wobbly.
    Like I said, I went up really smoothly this time!

    Many thanks for sharing that program. I'll give it a go too in one or two cycles. One question, do you feel that one should have reached a certain weight in 1RM before attempting it?
