I am curious how many on here are pulling between 2-3x BW. For those posting 500 with a BW in the 160s is extremely impressive!
I would have to agree with Jeff on the idea of lifting while sick. You will do your body better to rest and recover.

I have pulled 475 at 179, but I only train it about 6x per year

I lifted about 450 (204kg) in my senior year of high school at a weight of about 215 (97.5 kg). I'm starting up PTTP this week in hopes of getting back up there though! I haven't deadlifted in a long time, so I'm starting out light.

I think when we talked I told you I've gone 660 @ 168 without equipment. Strongest lb-for-lb board member will be Vince Anello (though he hasn't posted anything in the last few years).

Been pulling over 500 for a while now and progress continues. I've found that the heavier I lift the more I have to focus on mobility work. That didn't happen when I was pulling in the 400 range but is more a reality now that I'm above 2X body weight.

I would say that 500lbs at any BW is good.

Jeff- I remember that! Always impressive. I hope to break 450 this summer at ~165

Haven't trained DL specifically - but can manage a measly 300lbs at 140lbs BW. Would like to hit 3x BW one day - but when I am training for that goal.
