Hello all. I've just put up a wee article on my site on working up to the Handstand pushup.
    Read, digest and enjoy.
    Share if you like it.
It's my first with pics and a grainy video or two.
The camera will be replaced shortly don't worry....

Nice write-up, thanks for sharing it. One of my daughters and I are starting to work on it this week. I have a feeling she's going to beat me to it but I won't let her read your blog. I need an edge.

I'm totally stealing your signature by the way. That's an awesome quote.

Very nice write up, similar to what I ended up with, I used a stack of 12 x 12 cardboard sheets as spacers.

I do like your programming better than what I did.

As I spend more and more time in thehandstand position, I find myself automatically experimenting with many of these steps. Good to see others are on the same track.

Those head to handstand push ups seem a good idea. I'm going to put them into practice to increase my numbers. Thanks, jetronin.

Very nice. Some parts seem to come from CC, but it has quite a few nice keypoints along the read.

One thing you might wanna add is that you can check how low you go by using some kind of measure (books are good, for instance).

Hope you will correct the "Ghandi" to "Gandhi". This misspelling never fails to irritate.

    Done.
Yeah, you're right, it is a common mistake.

Sorry, just read this. I prefer NOT to measure progress with books etc but to go by "feel" instead. Just a personal preference. That's how I learned many moons ago.
