    I think what you need to do is simplify. You have like 5 different programs running simultaneously and even though you have unique opportunities now that you might not have later, just don't put too much on your plate.

    Kudos to those who responded. I've bookmarked this thread as it has some of the best replies and recommendations that I've seen to date on this subject.

    I've got friends who followed what Mr. Moss recommended and dropped everything but CC and KBs + mobility on the days opposite along with runs, walks or some type of "aerobic training". They saw much better progress than I did... I finally backed off recently and also returned to stage one to re-learn CC the right way.
