    Default If you only had time for one KB exercise too supplement your CC ?

    As the titles says.

    If you only had time for one KB exercises tosupplement your CC, which one would it be?

    One exercise too give you strength all overand to keep you tight for the CC exercises.

    Swings.

    Stick with the foundation if you have time for nothing else.

    Any swing's a good swing with CC. The swing is great because it complements your strength training as well as giving you a more solid conditioning platform. You could argue for the TGU but then you would need to find your conditioning elsewhere.

    CC Progress
    Pushups 9 Leg Raises 10+ Pullups 8 Squats 9
    Bridges 6 Handstand Pushups 4

    Swings. Honsetly though, I reject the premise of the question, because you can do the program minimum alongside CC pretty easily, and you can and should find time for get ups.
