Default Geoff Neupert's Emails Are Great Stuff

I've bought a few of Geoff's products. I don't know if you have to do that to get on his email list, but I want to give a big endorsement for what Geoff has to say and the way he says it.

We're all in different places - I'm an RKC Team Leader, but I still can't always keep my priorities straight and I still forget important technique points in my training practice. Wherever you are at, you can benefit from a regular reminder of the way things work, the things you ought to be doing, and how meeting your goals requires attention to the big picture, to detail, and to everything in between.

Geoff's emails are short and to the point, with a clear message: do this if you want to get that. At the very least, it's a free reminder of things you already know, but at the best, it could supply you with the one thing you've been overlooking that you need to get through your current plateau. For me today, it was the reminder about the importance of nose breathing - I read it yesterday, and I reread it this morning just before I did 70 snatches in 3:00.

    Thank you, Comrade Geoff.

    I totally agree!

dont mean to hijack your thread in any way, but im hoping Geoff sees your thread and responds.

Im looking for a new program and im considering Geoffs Kettlebell express or should i wait for his new extreme to come out?

Steve - you might have some insight as well?

    thanks!

    Hijack away, no problem here!

Those are questions for Geoff, though - I'm sure he'll see this.

When I read the gaffe on the breathing, there was only one thought.

Baby Neupert has been getting up in the middle of the night.
