Default What ever happened to Bill Fox and Rob Lawrence?

Bill has not posted for quite some time and Rob did when Convict Conditioning came out. He was following it and had great input. Have not heard from either in quite awhile. Any word?

They are both still around and still exercising. I saw Rob about a year ago when he dropped in for the day at the first Easy Strength weekend in Philly.

Thanks Steve. Is Bill still doing the lawyer thing in Philly? I know he started hanging low after his son was born. Is Rob still boxing and doing Convict Conditioning? You've been around here a long time and are well aware of the value they bring to the table.

    Thanks Steve.

Last I remember, Bill was working for an insurance company, and Rob was still boxing, could tell you about either of their training beyond that.

Rob always had good advice and something of value to add. I miss reading his input for sure. Like Steve F., he's another of the low body weight & high strength guru's. Hopefully he's doing well.

Another missing old poster is John Allstadt. I know that he really got into powerlifting for a while and then just vanished. Anyone know where Johnny Pull-Up's went?
