    Default RKC Certification

I am currently using the Brett Jones protocol . I have enlisted for the Sep RKC in MINN . The question I pose is this. Testing will be on one side for RKC students does this mean that the whole weekend only onside shall be used or is this simple saying one side during sets? Read to deeply into it? prob did but I would rather know 4 sure.

It only applies to the final testing. The rest of the weekend will be spent training both sides.

    Default Snatch numbers

Still doin Brett Jones protocol. I have worked my way to 8 reps on all movements 2 rounds each side. Time wise I know I am taking to long I believe if I increase reps then lower I can shorten breaks or would u think jumping up n bell weight would help? I I am doing all single arm with 24kg. My arms shoulder def the week point, arms r long so pressing is hard n I am double/loose jointed so I have to move lil differently so my joint does not com loose. My arms /muscles seem to give out on me b4 my cardio does, would doing doubles a couple of weeks then back to singles help you think? I have gotten 100 snatches in2:45 25rep each side repeat not setting bell down I am going to try for 50 rep each side as the goal. One last thing for a very long post..should the goal be to do all 3 workouts on the protocol in 1 day then reapeat for 3 days? I work 6 days a week n it is hard enough 2 fit time in when I start @ 7pm.

You may want to work in some over walks and or timed holds.
This will help you build some endurance in your shoulders and help your presses.

I would recommend adding more swings with the heaviest bell you have access to, 2arm and single arm. Good luck to you!

Quick question is double snatching with the 24kg something I should focus on? i.e I know double r part of certification but should I be well versed in this as if it will be a major focus on passing or is it lean more towards single kb form?
