From what I've heard Ivan is a very strong person all around.

I have nothing against GS or against this guy but I know if I lifted like that I would end up in hospital.

Good physiques are not given. They are forged through time, effort, dedication and hard work.

You mean 16000 lbs in one session? Or do you have some structural weaknesses? Past injuries?

Just everything lol. After 8-9 mins on a platform lifting I would literally die, especially if my form deteriorated like his does towards the end. He's obviously an elite level athlete and that display shows that. His pure strength is unreal because towards the end he just looks like he is muscling it up.

16000 lbs in one workout wouldn't kill me.. but I would need a fork lift to do it.

Ivan uses a shorter stroke on the downswing, because he has brute strength to compensate. Keep in mind also that he's so big that using a 32k for him is like most men using a 24k, in terms of the relationship of the kettlebell to his bodyweight.

Ah I understand. Do you think he could improve his numbers with the hardstyle hip hinge?

Since GS utilizes a less deep hinge for its efficiency, if he switched to a deeper hip, I'd imagine, he'd get more power out of each rep but not more reps.
