    Default CC2 Trifecta Twist Holds

I posted an article and video about the twist holds on my blog today, inspired by all the threads on this forum about the trifecta - ask and ye shall receive!

    Twist Hold Tutorial

Edit: My take on the twist holds is slightly different than Coach Wade's - do not be alarmed.

Very nice, thanks. Are you the real Coach Wade?

    Great work as always, Al!

Can you recommend some other valuable but little known yoga postures?

Thanks Al! You are too cool for doing this :].

Really appreciate the additional insight. Looking forward to trying the Noose Hold. The video adds a lot too. It's great to see how you setup and then see the holds from a slightly different vantage than what's in CC2.

You and Coach Wade (and your brother on the flags) have really inspired me to work the twists, bridges, and flag type moves

Thanks! And no, I'm not Coach Wade. But I think you knew that already.

Thanks! If you want to learn more yoga, you should take some classes.
