Classic Vince Gironda would do it for me. But with bigger legs.

On a more serious note..... I fell off the band wagon so this may give me some good motivation.... years ago when I first got into KB lifting I thought I'd found Pavel's double in Artur http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lhoxa...63DEFB72651768
This was the look that I hoped I'd get from kettlebell lifting. Looks good and can still wear a suit and stylish clothing without looking wrong which is important in my line of work.
I'm back on KB ballistics so we'll see how close I can get... however it works out at least I will have more hair.

Right vanity over....time to take action.

I can never base my body on someone else's. The end result is never exactly what I wanted to achieve, no matter how hard I try I'm sure I could never achieve a "perfect" six pack.

I think that's a good ideal and I believe in it but, I finally had to admit that I do care. I think, at some level, nobody wants to look soft and out of shape.

Anyone seen the old Popeye cartoon? BIG FOREARMS!

Seriously, I wouldn't mind having the man mountain effect of being a superhero/bodybuilder type, but I hated the heavy eating each time I tried it. I also looked less like a comic superhero and more like Comic Book Guy from Simpsons, and then I hated the fat loss process when I was done. And then I didn't have much muscle to show for it. Never tried it with CC or Pavel's methods though, but not sure I want to repeat it.

So now I'm mostly training Convict Conditioning, which is closer to strength with some muscle, but the muscle disappears under normal clothes so far. It's not for a competition (not that I would ever want to compete in bodybuilding). I love the feel of strength training and gradual accomplishment, just not the eating part.

There are a lot of nice things in the world that cost more than they are worth. I wouldn't mind packing on a giant beef slab or two but the cost in effort and enjoyment relative to the results (even if I actually had become a hulk!) were disappointing.

This is well said. Although I try not to be so vain, I must admit I like to look good in a suit, or other dress clothes. A reasonably athletic physique lets clothing hang properly on your body.

I am looking to get the strong, lean, MMA fighters look. I already have the cauliflowerd ears!
