    Default Best McGill book?

Comrades, I'm thinking about looking into this man's works. I know he is pretty highly regarded here. Do any of you have a recommendation for what would be the best book to get?

I'm interested in getting my back healthier and more pain free.

    TIA!

Get his Lower Back Disorders book. It is much more in line with what you are trying to address. I would also be careful with self diagnosis.
