Default Super Joints and Relax Into Stretch

What's the best way that you guys have seen these two implemented into the ETK RoP program? How have you done it?

SJ every morning, even when you don't lift. RIS at the end of your day 2-3 times/week. That's my general recommendation; it's not specific to the ETK ROP.

IMHO, the older you get, the more important work that accomplishes mobility (by whatever means: Super Joints, Becoming BulletProof, Primal Move, etc.) becomes.

When I've led mobility/flexibility workshops, the question always comes up about how to integrate this into one's training, and my answer is that you should always make time for this kind of training, and for me that means doing it every day and before anything else. Mobility in the morning, flexibility when your day is done.

Thank you Steve. What movements or routine do you use?
