Comrades, so I decided to try swinging again to help strengthen my lower back and boost my cardio. I think in the past I used too heavy a weight (24K) and one bad rep would set me back.

So, I've been studying the Rifkin DVD and swinging my 16. I feel great! I'm doing 33:27 off for 14 sets having added reps from 30:30. I do a mix of two hand, one hand, DARC.

I'm wondering, should I invest in a 20K?

Also, how far should I go with the 16 before moving up? More sets? More compressed rest time?
